USCIS announced that effective May 4, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has temporarily modified existing DHS regulations related to the expiration of employment authorization and Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) for certain job applicant’s renewal. The extension period of up to 180 days will automatically increase to 540 days from the expiration date indicated on your current EADs
